Purchase Ledger Assistant

Location: Kent

Skilled Careers are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our Client at their head office in Kent due to continuous growth within the company (currently sitting at roughly 100 team members)

You will report straight into the financial controller and be responsible for the following duties;

* CIS Verifications
* Deal with both subcontractors and suppliers with all financial queries
* Chase, scan and file invoices
* Put everything onto their bespoke database making sure it is up to date at all times
* Handle disputes (e.g. with invoices)
* Tax breakdowns for payments
* Keep all spreadsheets and Sage updates
* Extra all invoice data onto Sage
* Keep inbox up to date

Experience required;

* Have used Sage or Similar before
* Organised and efficient
* Excellent Microsoft skills
* Team player
* Good communication skills
