Project Administrator- Repairs/Maintenance/Social Housing (Temp Ongoing)

One of our social housing contractors are looking for a Project Administrator to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. This role is working within repairs/maintenance and social housing based in West London.

This is a great dynamic role working within a close-knit team and supporting a team of 5-7 people at any given time in the office with various task such as

* Assisting with various projects ongoing such as repairs plans, planned works operations, void property turnaround plans and estate management developments.
* Admin support such as data entry, CRM system updates, report running, excel spreadsheet maintenance and typing up word documents/letters for distribution.
* Supporting each team when required with communications to tenants/3rd parties across various platforms..
* Email correspondence with tenants, contractors/sub-contractor and 3rd parties.
* Call handling during busy periods in the office
* Filing/scanning.

Ideally you will have worked in a similar role within social housing- supporting repairs/maintenance or void property turnaround. The role requires the ideal candidate to be fully computer literate inc.Word, Excel and Outlook.

Our client have a strong work ethos and the delivery of excellent customer service to their tenants and the public is key for them at all times and the selected candidate must depict a similar outlook when joining their team.

The role is working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Hours are Non- Negotiable). Paying £12-14 GBP per hour PAYE. This role is initially temp ongoing.
