Helpdesk Administrator

Location: Essex

Skilled Careers have been advised by our client to find a hardworking and extremely organised Helpdesk Administrator to join their team in Chelmsford.

You will be responsible for the following;

* Log, plan, respond and organise all facilities management cycles
* Making sure that you are the first point of contact
* Replanning and Reassigning as and when required
* Manage work orders through Maximo & Sharepoint
* All administration duties as and when required.

What we are looking for;

* Customer service experience
* Knowledge of CAFM systems
* Good planning and organisation skills
* Great telephone manner
* Team player
* Work well in a high pressured and high volumed workspace

Shift Pattern;

* 4 on 4 off (8am – 8pm on 2 days then 8pm – 8am the other 2 days)

Salary;

* £25000-£27000 dependant on experience
