Temporary Facilities Helpdesk/Admin required in Wembley – ASAP
** TEMPORARY FM HELPDESK/CONTRACT SUPPORT CANDIDATES REQUIRED IN WEMBLEY**
Are you looking for for some temporary work amounting between 1 week to 12 months?
Payment ranging from £11 – £14 p/h and hours varying from 7am on an 8 hour day with overtime
A number of our well established clients are looking for candidates to join their Team at multiple locations based in South East/South West London.
* Receive and return phone calls in support of facilities function to ensure all activities are managed in a professional manner.
* Check and maintain FM Helpdesk Inbox
* Process purchase orders and invoices
* Issuing and closing planned and reactive maintenance visits
* Inputting data
* Support the Facilities Managers/Management in the administration & delivery of departmental objectives
* Attending to queries should they arise
* General admin support
* Raising Corrective maintenance tasks following on from PPM completed tasks
* Amending tasks on the CAFM system where and when required including creation of new assets and frequencies
* Previous FM Helpdesk experience is essential
* Experience with computer packages such as Concept, Maximo
