ESTATE HELPDESK ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED IN SOUTH WEST LONDON
START WITHIN 2 WEEKS – TEMP TO PERM
SALARY UP TO £26,000 PER ANNUM
One of our clients are looking for an Estate Helpdesk Administrator to work alongside the Senior Contract Support based in South West London to assist with the maintenance administration. This role requires a high quality service delivery between both the Client and Company within agreed timescales.
* Answer all calls/emails & enquiries to the helpdesk.
* Log/generate reactive calls and relay to the responsible party
* Assist client on use of CAFM system
* Asset management
* Schedule contractor service & remedial visits
* Logging service & remedial contractor visits digitally & manually
* Record RAMS
* Schedule parking
* Liaising with security for access
* Log & send insurance defects to responsible contractors
* Schedule lifting equipment
* Produce monthly KPI figures
* Schedule event cover & insure up to date information is available
* Maintaining the quote log
* Knowledge of PPM system & reactive job issue
* Maintaining the meter reading log.
* Updating office & Workshop information
* Assist the onsite service team
* Liaise & inform management on all aspects of contract problems, defects & deficiencies.
* Carry out other duties specified by the manager.
