Social Housing Customer Insight Coordinator- Social Housing (Temp Ongoing)
One of our leading social housing clients are looking for a Customer Insight Coordinator for their offices based in East London on a temp ongoing basis.
This role is part of the business support team within the housing call centre. You will be responsible for supporting the housing and customer service team by updating the database, inputting and logging customer feedback and insight, liaising with internal and external customers via phone and email and amending variations within the system.
This is for the role of a Customer Insight Officer who will work within the Customer Insight team with a primary focus on conducting customer surveys to see how satisfied they are with the service provided by our client.
This role requires someone who is able to deal with customers and internal stakeholders through effective communication by phone and email. You will be able to capture vital information as to customer feedback and surveys and ensure this is uploaded correctly. You will have an eye for detail, methodical, thrive from challenges and be able to integrate into a vital team.
Social housing, property services or local authority experience/understanding is highly desireable for this role. You will ideally be fully computer literate and be familiar with Microsoft packages inc.Word,Excel and Outlook. Excellent telephone etiquette is key for this role.
This is a temporary to permanent role and will be 12 weeks through the agency before going direct with the client. Working hours are Monday-Friday 35 hours per week. Payin between £10-£11.81 GBP per hour PAYE. This is an immediate role and our client will be running interviews ASAP with a view to having someone in place late February or Early March 2019.
