Site Manager required for a New Build Community Centre.
My client, a family owned and run Main Contractor with a turnover in excess of £500m are seeking a Site Manager to add to their already strong production team.
A Site Manager is required to work beneath a Project Manager on a £5m new build community centre in Finchley, North London. The project is a 2 storey steel frame built on piled foundations with CFA pile caps, external works consisting of brick and metsec with a flat pitch roof.
As Site Manager, you will be essentially responsible for the delivery of the project assisted by the Project Manager. Standard Site Manager duties will entail short term programming, RAMS, health and safety, logistics and welfare, sub-contractor management along with the day to day running of the site.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience working as a Site Manager with a reputable main contractor.
In return my client are willing to pay up to £55,000 + Package (Car/Car Allowance, Travel, Pension, Medical and x 6 life assurance)
Tickets must include CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid as a minimum.
