Social Housing Senior Customer Service Advisor- Social Housing (Temp to Perm)
One of our social housing clients are looking for a Senior Customer Service Advisor within their offices in South East London on a temp to perm basis.
This role is based within a busy contact centre and you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of incoming calls and administration. You will be responsible for speaking to residents, contractors and 3rd parties in regards to their repairs/maintenance enquiries alongside general enquiries. This will be mainly dealing with the leaks from above team and assisting with local authority calls on a day to day basis. Duties involve Call handling, general administrator, data input, call logging, report writing and using our clients internal database system*. You will be expected to be a self-starter, motivated and have a knowledge and understanding of the social housing market. Ideally you will have a passion for working within a fast paced environment and have a sound knowledge of operating Microsoft Office.
You must be located within 1 hour maximum of the offices based in South East London and Ideally you will have worked within a similar capacity within the housing sector or with a local authority.
This role is working Monday-Friday 8.45am -5pm (Hours are non negotiable). Please note a permanent role may be offered on completion of a successful 3 month probationary period. This role is paying between £13.59 GBP per hour PAYE.
Interviews will be taking place week beginning 14th of January 2019 with an immediate start thereafter for the right candidate.
