Resident Liaison Officer/RLO- Social Housing (Permanent)

One of our social housing client requires a Resident Liaison Officer/RLO to join their team on a permanent basis in East and Central London.

This is a key role covering the East and Central London area and liaising with residents and 3rd parties across our clients property portfolio. This role will require the delivery of excellent customer service and ensuring that customers and residents alike are kept well informed and listened to at all times. Main responsibilities of the role include

* Meeting with residents on a monthly basis at resident meetings and ensuring time/locations are arranged accurately. * Liaising with residents/customers during office hours via telephone or emaisidents in your patch, call-handling and diary management.l on a daily basis answering any queries/issues they may raise. * Liaising with residents in regards to repairs charges and breaking down service charge to them. * Complaint handling * Visiting sites/estates on occasion with the supervisor to ensure all is well and meet with residents who require assistance in regards to their homes/complex. * Minute taking and meeting attendance. Also chairing meetings at times. * General administration, emailing out updates on housing to all residents.

The delivery of excellent customer service and experience in liaising with tenants, subcontractors and end client is key for this role. Alongside experience in working within a similar RLO role/social housing.

This is working with our client on their reactive maintenance and gas contract.

This role is permanent offering a salary of £24,000 PA based on 40 hour working week Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch. You must have your own vehicle as this is a mobile role- mileage can be claimed . Clean UK DL and Standard DBS check should be in place.

Our client would ideally like someone in place by early June 2019.
