Repairs and Voids Planner/Scheduler- Temp to Perm (Social Housing)
One of our social housing clients require a Repairs Planner/Scheduler for their offices in South East London on a Temp ongoing basis within their reactive maintenance and repairs team.
This role is working within a team of 3 planners and your duties will consist of the following
* Diarising reactive and emergency repairs on a day to day basis and assigning works to operatives on their PDA and in house database system. * Liaising with tenants to ensure they are informed of an operatives attendance and booking in repairs works to ensure access is gained that works with the tenant. * Updating the clients database day to day with open jobs requiring attention, follow up works and close down completed jobs. * Ensuring the end client is kept updated via email and telephone on works being carried out. * Email correspondence with operatives, housing officers, end client, external and internal staff members. * Telephone correspondence. * Delivery of excellent customer service at all times.
This is an integral role within the business and ideally you will have worked within a similar role of planning/scheduling in repairs works. Social Housing experience is highly advantageous. You will ideally be fully computer literate and be confident in working against tight deadlines and KPIs. Experience with Opti-Time DRS is advantageous.
This role is working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Hours are non negotiable). Saturdays are also available on rotation. Paying £20 GBP per hour PAYE or £26 GBP per hour LTD.
Our client would like someone in place by the end of March 2019- Immedaite start available.
