Job Title Customer Service Handler / Administrator – Property Services
Salary £12p/h – Permanent contract offered after successful 3 month probation period
Full Time – Monday – Friday – Overtime Available depending on forecasts
Location Witham, Essex
I am presently recruiting for a Repairs Handler to work for a leading client. This position is working within the social housing sector.
Duties will include
* Liaising with residents and logging repair requests.
* Booking in an appointment with tenants via the telephone or letter.
* Raising orders on the system and allocating works to the contractor.
* Liaising with the contractor to chase up any outstanding works.
* Liaising with staff in other departments and external contractors.
* Providing admin support to the property services department.
Ideally, you will have a background in social housing repairs either having worked for a housing association or contractor carrying out the repairs and have a good understanding of housing repairs and maintenance.
