Procurement Administrator- Social Housing/Maintenance (Temporary to Permanent)
One of our social housing clients are looking for a Procurement Administrator to join their team based in Enfield on a temporary to permanent basis.
This role is working within the procurement team in the social housing sector and ensuring the delivery of excellent administration support to the team at all times. You will ideally have a knowledge of the sector, including a knowledge of trades such as plumbing, plastering, carpentry and electrical works or an understanding of property services, housing and subcontractors.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Approval process for subcontractors- credit checking * Setting up subcontractors and suppliers on systems * Creating hire reports * Creating spend reports on Excel (V-look up and pivot table experience is essential) * All administration support- assisting with audits when required. * Email correspondence with subcontractors and end clients aswell as over the telephone.
You will ideally be fully computer literate on word, excel and outlook and be able to work within set time frames against set deadlines. Property Services, Housing or Repairs experience is highly advantageous.
This role is temporary ongoing working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm on an end salary of up to £23-25K PA (£11.50 GBP per hour during probationary period Umbrella PAYE or LTD) Our client would ideally like someone in place by late March 2019 .
