PERM – CONTRACT ADMIN IN REDHILL – ASAP

Location: London

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED IN REDHILL – APRIL START

PERM OPPORTUNITY UP TO £23,000

Your job as the Maintenance & Facilities Administrator will be to contribute to site projects to improve the maintenance of buildings and property by liaising with suppliers and contractors. As the Maintenance & Facilities Administrator you will be responsible for the paperwork and compliance documentation, keeping it up to date and renewing for health and safety purposes.

Day to day duties will include but are not limited to

* Working on PPM and reactive repairs and maintenance
* Using a schedule of rates to cost works
* Arranging and scheduling works with contractors and engineers
* Accurately updating information onto in-house systems
* Managing PPMs system (IBMS)
* Must have, Strong IT skills
* Raising invoicing
* Instruct Contractors with clear instructions and time frames
* Contractor liaison as necessary
* Monitor progress of jobs / hastening progress / completion
* Follow up / pursuing quotes
* Manage central repair log
* Ensure client satisfaction
* Help with general office administration at all levels
* Provide repair and maintenance summary/Reports to contract manager ahead of client meetings

The successful Maintenance & Facilities Administrator will have previous office experience and ideally have some experience within maintenance or facilities or manufacturing or construction in an office co-ordination/administrative role.
