Maintenance Coordinator required in South West London
MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR REQUIRED IN SOUTH WEST LONDON!
SALARY UP TO £25,000 PER ANNUM – IMMEDIATE START
HOURS 7AM to 4PM / MONDAY TO FRIDAY
I am currently looking for an experienced helpdesk administrator with maintenance experience to join a team based in South West London. The successful candidate must be fully capable on CAFM systems and have experience in running reports. Based within a hospital environment, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for engineers and managers in the day to day running of the team and have knowledge of assisting with KPI’s and SLA’s.
* Reporting on a weekly basis to KPI and SLA status
* Ensure targets are met to assist the status within the helpdesk team
* Raising job records
* Coordinate PPM Scheduling
* First point of contact with engineers
* Producing quotations and financials
* Raising POs for materials and subcontracted services.
