Helpdesk Team Leader required in London – Planon Experience

Location: London

HELPDESK TEAM LEADER REQUIRED IN LONDON – PLANON EXPERIENCE

SALARY UP TO £30,000 PER ANNUM / MONDAY TO FRIDAY

My client is looking for an experienced helpdesk team leader to help supervise a team of 3 based at a biomedical research centre in London. This particular facility is in partnership with multiple organisations helping with research for Cancer. The successful applicant must have previous experience of supervising a helpdesk team and dealing with hard and soft services.

Duties

* Full CAFM experience on PPM and Reactive works delivery and management
* Previous Planet experience is desireable
* Full contract administration experience
* Attending to WIP, raising of POs and invoicing
* Prepare weekly / monthly / quarterly reports, scheduled and ad-hoc.
* To improve the performance of staff under his/her line management by maintaining communication with staff and providing the appropriate support and guidance.
* Handle any service delivery issues which may arise.
