Helpdesk Administrator required for 6 month FTC – Central London

Location: London

IMMEDIATE CANDIDATES!!!! REACTIVE MAINTENANCE HELPDESK ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED IN CENTRAL LONDON – ASAP

SALARY UP TO £24,000 – 6 MONTH FTC

Our client currently has a helpdesk team of 6 and is looking to expand this with a new and eager Helpdesk Administrator. Must have experience working with an FM software/tool to raise and monitor job progress, assigning jobs across various maintenance trades, and communicating effectively and positively with engineers and subcontractors.

Duties

* Raise and issue out reactive calls received via email, telephone
* Issue works and purchase orders out to engineers and sub-contractors
* Chase for relevant works updates and relay to clients accordingly
* Update internal and external client systems with relevant notes and job status updates
* Seek financial uplifts from clients to complete works that over-run purchase order maximum spend
* Compose and issue out quotations for additional works
* Source and order materials according to engineer/contractor requests
* Produce reports as and when required
* Assign jobs to engineers and check completion to company standards, against correct SLAs
* Liaising with clients to discuss quotation of works
* Managing all maintenance and Customer Service works, making sure they are logged, updated and completely correctly
* Answering all incoming calls efficiently and promptly; helping to resolve any issues
