Gas Work Planner/Dispatcher- Gas/Heating/Housing (Temp Ongoing)

One of our clients are looking for Gas Planner/Dispatcher to work within their busy call centre in Stockport on a temporary ongoing basis. This is an integral role within the business and we are looking for individuals to come in and hit the ground running.

The role is very varied and your main responsibilities are as follows

* Call handling- speaking with Gas Engineers, Contractors and Tenants on a daily basis. * Ensuring works are booked in with the Engineers and Contractors to ensure that works/repairs are carried out within a set time frame. * Dispatch and diarise engineers to complete works and liaise with tenants on appointments made ensuring works are booked in correctly against set times, geographical relevance and urgency. * Emailing engineers/contractors works to their PDAs. * Data entry and report running from our clients internal systems. * Following up on appointments made, outstanding and backlog.

Our client covers around 6-7 regions and you will be assigned one region to work within. You will ideally have a background in a call centre environment, be confident in working to tight deadline and under pressure. This is a very pro-active and fast paced role and ideally you will have exceptional organisation skills. The delivery of outstanding customer service is essential for this role.

Please note the interview process for this role is face to face and competency based where you will be given a small assessment to complete (this includes role play of a mock call centre).

This role is temporary ongoing with a view to going permanent. Full Time – 37 hour week / Shift pattern between 7am – 10pm – Overtime Mon – Sat x1.5 / Sun x2 . Salary £11.53 – £12.92p/h PAYE / £14.23p/h LTD or Umbrella.

Immediate starts available from Late March 2019. Interviews will be taking place week beginning 25th of March 2019.
