Facilities Helpdesk Operator required in Central London

Location: London

FACILITIES HELPDESK ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED IN LONDON – ASAP

CONCEPT EVOLUTION EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL – SALARY £25,000 PER ANNUM

MONDAY TO FRIDAY – 8AM to 5PM

One of our client's Sites which is a public institution based closely to Tottenham Court Road is looking for an experienced FM Helpdesk Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate must possess previous CAFM experience but someone also who is willing to continuously work practively as well as using their own initiative.

Duties

* Log all fault reports onto Concept Evolution and ensure that all urgent faults are escalated accordingly.
* Log events as per event brief
* Pass third party faults through to relevant person(s) or sub-contractors
* Answer all switchboard calls within 3 rings and transfer to the relevant department
* Follow up on all reactive calls logged before they become overdue
* Follow up on all PPM tasks and escalate to M&E lead when necessary
* Collate daily statistics
* Answer customer enquiries
* Process Reactive & PPM Task Job Sheets into the CAFM System
* Provide general administration support as and when required
* Use the CAFM system to allocate tasks to the relevant resources
* Any other admin task which is reasonable
* To book meeting rooms using the dedicated software
