Customer Care Coordinator
My client are a top tier main contractor who are currently looking for a Customer Care Coordinator based in North London. Their market includes commercial offices, mixed-use buildings, residential, retail, education, distribution and logistics, hotels and leisure, in both the private and public sectors.
As a Customer Care Coordinator Your duties will include
* Interacting with customers handling customer questions or requests, processing phone orders, entering data into a computer, preparing invoices and providing the status of product orders or services.
* Alleviate customer complaints
* Dealing with customers by phone or on a walk-in basis
In order to apply for the role you must have previously worked in a similar role working in the construction industry.
My Client are looking to pay £30k- £35k plus package.
