Contract Support required in West London

Location: London



This exciting opportunity is a very complex role but a rewarding position nonetheless. The extensive duties will consist of a variety of administration as well as financial work. Based within a hospital environment and working closely with Contract Manager on Site you will be a the first point of contact for all areas of support.


* Co-ordination of billing application, calculating margins, raising invoices and submitting to client
* Obtaining supplier quotes and uploading onto the internal system for client approval
* Running and reviewing management reports; such as P&L, WIP, Debt, OPO’s & Invoice Pool
* Liaising with the client regarding payment of invoices
* Compiling of Contract Review pack
* Compiling of Customer Monthly Report
* Processing supplier invoices and resolving any queries
* Comprehensive spend tracking
* Weekly report submission including Wip, Debt, Invoice Pool and OPO updates operating systems such as Dynamics AX and Concept software
* Helpdesk, logging, distributing and closing down of reactive calls on Concept
* Managing client expectations and ensuring information is communicated between the team and customers
