Contract Administrator required in Redhill

Location: London

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED IN REDHILL – RH1

SALARY UP TO £23,000 PER ANNUM

BASED IN HEAD OFFICE LOCATION IN REDHILL / 8AM to 5PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY

One of our client focused M&E building services companies are looking for a contract administrator to join and be a part of their 2 person team in the running of the business based in Redhill. This small office is one of the hubs for this Company and can offer a friendly environment to work in with your assistance of providing exceptional service.

Duties

* Daily interaction with clients/subcontractors
* Coordinating maintenance schedules
* Responding to all call outs from various clients
* Raising purchase orders with subcontractors and suppliers
* Assisting in compiling monthly/quarterly contract reports
* Daily update of clients’ database
* Answering telephone calls – transferring and taking messages
* Scheduling engineers on a weekly basis
* Producing documentation for invoicing on a weekly basis Site set up – paperwork and electronic
* Daily input of all works onto CAFM system
* Full training will be given and on-going support
