Contact Centre Team Leader
We are looking for two Centre Team Leaders to supervise a team of Contact Centre Resolution Officers for a large housing assocation covering London and the South East. This is a three month temporary contract based in Bromley, Kent.
Contact Centre Team Leader will responsible for service delivery while leading the team of 6 Contact Centre Resolution Officers. The duties will include coaching, solving problems, conducting one to one meetings with team members. This is a fast paced role which requires working on different systems at a time. Experience of dealing with change in the workplace would be highly desirable for this role.
The ideal canddiate
* Previous experience of supervising staff in contact centre environment (ideally social housing)
* Familiar with Aspect and Microsoft Dynamics software
* Must be able to start on Monday 23rd April
