Communications Manager- Social Housing/Property (Temp to Perm)
We're looking for a Communications Manager (Projects) to join our client on a temp to perm contact in West London within the social housing and property sector.
In this broad and varied role, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of high profile projects and campaigns at an award-winning residential property group with a social purpose.
Our client are looking for someone with excellent programme, project and stakeholder management skills.
You will have experience of brand management and design, campaigns, direct marketing and strong copywriting skills.
As part of the Communications & Policy department, the Communications team provides an in-house PR, brand and marketing function, delivering communications strategies for all the Group's stakeholders.
Acting as a Business Partner you will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their communications requirements, and provide advice and support to achieve shared objectives.
You will also be required to support other communications work and projects within the team as required, including for external and internal audiences.
You must have a passion for quality and excellence, a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to continuous personal improvement.
This role is working Monday-Friday 35 hours per week 9am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch. Intially we are looking to hire someone temp 12 weeks with a view to going permanent or on to a fixed term contract. The role is paying £21.98 PAYE or £27.71 LTD/Umbrella.
