Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager


As a key member of my clients solutions team, you will be responsible to aquire and develop new business opportunities and solutions to the companys clients. Working with both new and existing clients you will also provide coordination of contract solutions across business opportunities.

The company you will be working for is an internationally recognised facilities management company with large contracts in many countries including the UK, EU, and America, and more.


– Identify clients and potential prospects

– Create and establish the best method to engage clients and manage the entire client onboarding process

– Coordinate and manage pitch teams accross the full range of my clients services throughout different market sectors

– You will need to develop a good understanding of the services provided to clients and the wider business and be able to multitask multiple clients.

– Forge strong relations with clients from the get go

– Identify areas for business opportunity development

– lead, direct and coordinate pitches

– Designing and creating business solutions

– Creating and reviewing bid responses

– Ensuring the bidding process is in line with governance processes

– Working to close out contracts


– Minimum of 5 years experience in client solutions or corporate real estate

– Project management skills

– Able to work remotely as well as part of a team

– Self Sufficient

– Technology literate is essential
