One of our major clients are looking for an Administrator to join their residential services team within their busy offices in Oxford.

This role is working within a small team and the key responsibilities and duties are as follows

* To participate in arrangements to cover the day to day management of the Accommodation Office, including general office cover, taking telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries for the Team.
* To deal with general and standard correspondence on own initiative, using standard letters and emails, as appropriate.
* To assist in the production of routine management reports, as requested by the Area Manager, or their Line Manager.
* To assist with carrying out Estate/Property Inspections, monitoring of Contractors, and the recording/reporting of any issues, as instructed.
* To monitor and record details of all stock held on site/s, ensuring the details held remain up to date and that there is sufficient stock held to maintain the Group's properties efficiently and effectively.
* To carry out Receptionist duties, where requested.
* Respond promptly and appropriately to customer enquiries and complaints in accordance with internal procedures and systems
* To organise and maintain filing and information systems, including electronic systems.
* To co-ordinate the monthly invoice process and assist with the management of rent accounts (for current and former tenants), including the taking of monies (rent and deposit) for new tenancies.
* To take all steps to ensure compliance with health & safety legislation relating to the provision of services within the accommodation, both as landlord and as an employer and act as the ?appointed person' in accordance with current legislation.

This role is within Housing/Residential Services and ideally you will have worked within a similar role or environment. You will ideally be competent in administration and be confident in using all Microsoft applications including word, excel and outlook. As this role is fast paced, we are looking for someone to come in, hit the ground running and have a good impact on the team!

This role is temporary for 12 weeks but may be extended or offered permanent.

Working Monday-Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm (1 hr lunch) and Friday 8.30am-4pm (30 mins lunch). 35 hours per week. Pay is £12.46 GBP per hour PAYE or £15.71 GBP per hour LTD.

Please note as this role is urgent, you will ideally need to be available immediately (July 2019 or early August 2019)
