2x Facilities Helpdesk Operators in Central London

Location: London


SALARY – £20,000 to £24,000 PER ANNUM – ASAP!!

The primary function of the role is to contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the Service Desk to ensure contractual obligations around all reactive task performance are met. Managing the distribution and closing of reactive tasks, liaising with Engineers and Subcontractors and providing a focal point for client enquiries


* To provide day to day management of the CAFM system to ensure we meet our contractual obligations
* To proactively monitor and manage outstanding all reactive tasks ensure the CAFM system is up to date at all times
* To proactively liaise with Technical Staff, Supervisors, Managers and Building Users (as appropriate) to ensure accurate, relevant and timely communication is maintained at all times
* To liaise with supply chain and engineers to ensure that contractual obligations are met and relevant paperwork/job sheets are provided to close reactive tasks down
* To support the generation of detailed reports from the CAFM system for incorporation into the client monthly report
* To provide exemplar customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
* Manage quote requests and obtain requested quotations from supply chain and provide to client in the agreed format. When approved instruct the work to be completed
* To provide administrative support (when required) to Management staff across the contract, including but not limited to the following functions H&S, Maintenance, Projects, Finance, Quality and Compliance
