Our Privacy Notice sets out the way in which Skilled Careers will collect and use information acquired about you in a way that is consistent with our responsibility to protect individuals’ data privacy rights. We want to enable you to reach your full career potential, whilst managing your personal data responsibly.

What personal data do we collect? We only ask you to provide us with data that is relevant for the recruitment process, which will include your name and contact details, your employment history in the form of a CV, documentation of qualifications, certifications, and right to work. If you provide any services on a contractor basis we may also ask you to provide us with information required to process your payments.

How do we use your data?

We may use your personal data to:

  • Assess and verify your suitability for current vacancies that you have applied for
  • Contact you to update you on any employment opportunities that we feel you are suitable for
  • Stay in regular contact with you to establish your career aspirations and motivations for finding new employment

How long do we keep your data?
